This prestigious recognition was presented by Newsweek, which partnered with Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Forestar is listed in the real estate and housing industry.
Chairman of the Board Donald J. Newsweek’s America's Most Trusted Companies 2022 were identified in an independent survey based on a vast sample of approximately 50,000 U.S. residents. All publicly traded companies headquartered in the United States with revenue over $500 million in 2020 were considered in the study. Respondents were asked about companies they knew across 22 different industries. They answered questions about how organizations treated customers and employees, and if they were viewed as good long-term investments. More than 400 companies were recognized.
